Taste- cinnamon, oak, light caramel sweetness

Finish- bitter citrus rinds, char, quenching, almost pepper like burn to the finish

Taste- warm thin mouth-feel, charred oak, pepper, cinnamon

Finish- somewhat one dimensional, finish is fairly long filled with charred oak and semi dry

Nose- at first slight champagne notes, second smell raisins, honey, honeysuckle, slightly misty

Taste- very light (almost water-like mouth coating), big dark fruits, vanilla

Finish- jammy, nutty, cinnamon, slightly drying

Taste- sweet candied fruit (orange), juicy at first but leads to a drying mid palate of raisin

Finish-  raisins, dirt, drying cocoa

Mashbill- same mashbill as bourbon- 56% corn, 38% rye, 6% un-malted barley

Age- aged about 3 years in new American oak, finished  for 4 to 6 months in tawny port casks

Nose- Oak, cinnamon, cranberry, citrus

Taste-plums, baking spice, and citrus rind ( lime rind) towards the end of the mid-palate

Finish- long finish, dark fruits, oak, sawdust
